Called first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out within an hour. Kevin our technician was able to get here quickly and diagnose the issue quickly. Were waiting for a part and should have this issue fixed soon. They worked with me on the price. Couldn't be more happier with their service. Thank you.

Two year old Maytag Dryer was making funny noise I'd never heard before. Called A-1 and made appointment. A-1 kept their appointment time (even tried to give me an earlier time but I was not available). Tyler and Jeremiah were professional, courteous and on time! Funny noise was a small sock that was stuck. No more noise and dryer is running great. I would highly recommend A-1!

Kevin was professional and able to get our freezer/refrigerator up and going in no time as he knew exactly what the problem was and how to repair it. We would not hesitate to call them for any other appliance service.
